This definitely satisfies the chocolate craving while staying healthy and animal-product free. It is creamy, smooth, rich, and delicious. Unsuspecting guests (or children, in my case) will never know you used avocado. Or soy milk…Or agave.

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ soy milk or almond milk
  • ¼ sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Puree ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.
